Sheila, unfortunately linking to anyone specific that you can look up at that site won't get you to that person's info. The link simply takes you to the blank fields where you may enter who you wish. That said, I remember the Chichester case, and I think Henry F. Chichester III is probably Fred Chichester. The reason I think that is my recollection of reading the story in Newsday. My understanding is that he was granted a new trial, for reasons I can't recall, then found guilty again of the murder he was accused of. I never heard anything more on the case, but if you find any information on it, I'd be interested in reading about it/refreshing my memory of exactly what happened there. As with Marty Tankleff, Newsday did a good job spinning it as if Chichester was guilty. I'm not saying he's not, but I didn't know then what I know now.
